• Processing Time: All original artworks and pre-stretched canvases are shipped within 1 week of ordering.

• Shipping Method: Each piece is shipped with tracking for your peace of mind.

• Extra Shipping Fee: Due to their size and careful handling, original canvases require an additional shipping fee, which will be calculated at checkout based on your location.

• Authentication: Every original artwork includes a certificate of authenticity, signed by Ghost Girl, included with your shipment.

Prints

• Processing Time: Prints are shipped within 1 week of ordering.

• Shipping Method: Standard shipping with tracking is included.

Local Delivery – Los Angeles

• For customers located in Los Angeles, we offer local delivery at a reduced cost compared to standard shipping fees.

• Local deliveries are scheduled based on availability and will include tracking confirmation.

Tracking & Updates

• Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

• Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update with the carrier.

International Shipping

Delivery & Handling

• Original artworks and pre-stretched canvases cannot be returned due to their unique nature.

• Prints: Returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is in its original condition.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged in transit.
